My favorite chip I have ever encountered are the Red Hot Riplets by Old Vienna. I haven't see these on here, so I thought I'd throw out the word. The only problem is they can really only be gotten in and around the St. Louis area. Apparently they have a Rap Snack equivalent, though. Basic info on them is actually on wikipedia, much to my surprise http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Hot_Riplets They are extremely hot, but still very tasty. If you can get your hands on some, you wont be sorry!
