I was afraid to try these but wanted to for soooo long. I've never heard of any of the vegetables used to make these (except for sweet potatoes and beets). Plus they're kinda on the pricy side so I didn't wanna throw away $5 on a bag of gross chips. I finally decided to give them a shot and tried them last night. I am so glad I did. These are AMAZING! They're weird looking (all sorts of colors), but they taste really, really good. Most of them are slightly sweet, but not sugary. There is a hint of salt there as well, not too much... just the perfect amount.
The only thing I can compare them to are chestnuts (the Yuca chips at least have a very distinct chestnut-y flavor). If you like chestnuts you'll probably like these a lot.
