Hi Chas, you haven't said how much the dvd costs. I would be seriously interested in placing an order for at least 125 of them for members of my club. To be perfectly honest I have given up hope with most of them because truthfuly they are a shower of fat slappers. I'm sure that if it works for your team it will work on them. That is if they can get their fat arses off their sofas and put their dvd in their machines. Hope to hear from you soon .... The Blue Goddess
