She would have to have been living in Indian Teritory in 1907. They have all these roll nuber application on microfilm, not sure how you can access it with out going to Oklahoma. I dont know if they loan out their microfilms.

You didnt mention any name. I would guess thst since you said grandmother she was probably a small child at the time. My grandfather was 7 at the time of the final roll.
