Greetings, I am the son of Sylvia Bradford and Robert F. Parsons. My daughter is researching my (our)ancestry as I am from a broken family.
I recall reading a diary kept by my great great grandmother. She lived in Talequah Oklahoma, Indian Territory. She was in the Cherokee Female Seminary there, after being orphaned on the "Trail of Tears". Her Grandfather was Chief William Hicks. My ganny, Sarah "Buffy" Edwards
Her mother's Birth name was Winona Pearl Stephens. I am a lot confused right now as my daughter researches and have to wait for her to get it right.. But My great great gandfather was in fact Chief William Hicks. I am related to Seago Stephens This is crazy I just scrolled up and I see my daughter wrote you today... I'll leave it to her as she has more time. I guess we are related so, " Howdy"
