It is time to again try to sell my old K & E, Young & Sons transit. I believe it was manufactured around 1930 (based on the serial no.). The compass, levels, movements seem to be in excellent working order. It focuses well and the cross hairs are present. I have the oak tripod, but no storage box. I have explored the packing, shipping and insurance costs and it is quite expensive. A local pick-up would be advisable. I am in NJ.
