I have a very nice circa 1870 antique brass surveyor’s compass for sale; it has most of it's original laquer finish. I cannot find a makers name but the style certainly means it is American made. It is 15 ½ inches long with a 6 inch long compass needle, comes with the original box & sight vanes, no tripod. Price is $1200.00 & I will pay postage within the USA. I have many additional photos I will email on request.
