Posted by Scott Hardcastle 2nd. Annual Bar-B-Que Fund Raiser 11:00 Am. - 5:00 Pm. Cocoa Beach Police Department Parking Lot This fund has given scholarships totaling $2500.00 since it began in 2003. The scholarships are given to selected Cocoa Beach JR/SR High School seniors for higher education and is strictly funded from donations made by Steve Petros many friends. The award is geared towards the average student athlete who has displayed criteria that Steve exemplified: Character, Heart, Dedication, Leadership, Community & School Involvement, Career Aspirations, and Financial Need. Your support will ensure this scholarship fund will continue to assist in the higher education of our Cocoa Beach JR/SR High School students.

Steve Petro Family and Friends Memorial Scholarship Fund
November 27 & 28, 2004
Come join the many volunteers from the community, Cocoa Beach High School, and the Cocoa Beach Police Department as they give their time and efforts to raise money for the Steve Petro Family and Friends Memorial Scholarship Fund. This event is made possible solely by donations from many local businesses and friends of the late Steve Petro.
