I'm in town for the weekend and noticed that the old Almas Pizza building is being completely remodeled. The sign says: "Coming soon----Slow and Low BBQ" Also, I noticed that the oceanfront between CB and Indialantic is almost wall-to-wall condos. Reports are that real estate values in the area are climbing again.
