It's funny how Alice Biery likes to think that rules and advice is for everyone ELSE to follow and makes it sound like she's doing every one ELSE a favor.
Words like "abuse, derogatory intrusions, outright lies, libels, and etc.," as well as "No insulting, slanderous, libelous, derogatory, provoking and offensive messages." would be on a long list of descriptions of what Alice has been doing to harass my family for over a decade. The fact that I am no longer tolerating it is too much for Alice to handle. Too bad!
But putting words in my parents mouths after their death is even worse. The fact that Alice's comments are the result of wishful thinking on her part is a clear symptom of her mental illness.
If Alice is trying to accuse me of these actions, then her attorney needs to remind her that you can't slander with the truth and that also applies to libel. It should also be pointed out to her that libel is in print and slander is spoken.
I have read everything that I have written one more time and, in spite of the typos, everything I have written about her is not only true but understated.
The bottom line is that Alice has lied about everything from her name to everything else about her life. Even the attorney that she used to steal my parents estate from my mom while she was in a coma would have to have some limits.
Of course the most inportant lesson is that after Alice went through all of that trouble to steal the entire estate from my parents and my family and to come up with insane excuses for all of that, Alice is STILL a miserable, hateful woman that has to rely on her world of fantasy to get through the day.
Alice STILL has to avoid making eye contact with people so that she does have to look at their attempts to keep themselves from laughing at her fake stories, fake accent, fake name, fake halo fake illnesses and fake personality.
Alice is still able to convince herslf into thinking that she is fooling everyone just because people don't confront her.
Alice still thinks that lying to her own family to divide us is a big victory for her and her minister husband.
Maybe the reason that Alice is so unhappy isn't everyone else that she blames. Maybe it's who's staring back at Alice when she looks in the mirror is what is really stopping her from ever being happy.
On the other hand, if Alice is telling the truth then everybody else is at fault. That means that every neighbor from the lady across the street on Cocoa Isles Blvd in the '60s to her neighbor across her street in Mt Dora during the present really is out to get her and doing awfull things to her.
Yeah that's it...and gravity doesn't exist, the earth is flat and we did't really go to the moon.
