Would love to hear who attended and how the art show was this year. Had wonderful last minute opportunity to visit with family out of state and am just returning. Haven't taken time off in too long.
How is real estate in Cocoa Beach? I know beach towns have been struggling since the hurricanes with insurance and rebuilding hikes. Even inland took some pretty bad hits in both areas but you cannot take away the beach and river, right?
