Not sure who the announcer/pre-match DJ is, maybe Mr. Cunningham doubles up on that job (?), but whoever he is, he certainly played The Undertones followed by The Fall at the AFCB vs Cardiff Scum match on the night John Peel died. Nearly set me off again, it did.
And of course the Bloc Party drummer and lovely Dan from Lowgold, to mention but two, are big AFCB fans so the "Indie" connection is a long and continued tradition.
