Hey great little Pet Semetary section. Yes, a forgotten movie these days I think. I just watched it again the other night and was scared shitless (lol -- even tho I've seen it a dozen times). The book is definitely the scariest of the Stephen King library. I read it straight through one night because I couldn't sleep. And again, right on the mark with your comments on Fred Gwynne. While most will remember his "Cousin Vinny" role, this is truly his best imho. After reading the book and loving it, when I heard he was playing Jud (a character you immediately come to love), I knew he would be perfect. When he makes his appearance in the movie saving Gage the first time in the road and you hear his Maine accent, you KNOW they found the right guy for the role. Outstanding!
