Hi,
I am looking for companies and people to register on my translation site to build up a database of translators. The site is free and we will be generating projects soon to meet your abilities. You will be invited to complete projects at a specific price. You can either accept or reject them.
When it goes live, we need a database of register providers so we can start the service immediately. The key is to have a database of translators so we can meet the customer needs.
Not the best example, but think of eBay for services.
How does the site work?
Customer: For the customer (person who has a job to be completed); they simply upload the document to the site which results in a price for the job to be completed. The customer can accept or reject the price. If the price is accepted, the job is then sent to a list of potential Providers (people with matching skill set to complete the job) and the first Provider to accept the job is given the job.
Provider: The Provider will be a registered member of the site and create a profile with the appropriate skills. Once a job is received that matches the skill set of a Provider, a list of Providers will receive an email with the job details, payment amount, timeline etc. If the Provider would like to complete the job, they simply click on the link provided in the email which directs them to the site where they can accept the job. Once accepted, the job is removed from the queue of jobs to complete.
Based on the Providers quality of work, speed in turnaround and overall effectiveness; Customers will be able to rate the Provider. Providers with higher ratings will get priority on jobs as well as higher job payments. Job priority will be broken down into timelines of offers. The higher the Provider Rating, the more lead-time they will have in responding to jobs.
I hope that makes sense. We are still working out the kinks. We are about 10 months into the development and it has been a much bigger project than I expected, but it is getting close. So, the database of people like yourself is key. Be sure and register at www.wefindhelp.com.
Sincerely,
Martin
