Not exactly abuse, but on the subject:- ;)
Once at a rugby forum John Kear was asked what he thought of a shocking referee decision. After the previous game he'd been so incensed by the ref's terrible decisions he'd gone storming down to the ref's dressing room for "a chat". "careful what U say boss" all players warned "He's pressed charges against an abusive coach before". "don't worry lads, got it covered, checked with my solicitor and the lot." off he goes. "So ref, if I told the papers U were a w@nker, I'd get fined?". "Yeah." "what if I told you, on record, U were a w@nker, still get fined then?" "Yesssssss, John, you would." "What if I only *think* you're a w@nker? Still get fined?" "no, no-one can control your thoughts, think whatever you like."
"Fine, I THINK you're a w@nker".
Didn't get fined.
Sorry it's not abusive, but I do agree, he is.
