OR, you could look at the fact that the ISL alleged we broke the wage cap, investigated ALL of the teams and then mysteriously went silent.
Even most Steelers fans will admit that we probably did breach the wage cap when they added in the silverware bonuses, but there is a lot of paperwork out there pointing the finger at several other teams. So, who should have got the titles then? If most of the top teams are doing it, should it have gone to the team on the bottom of the table because, by assumption, they broke the limit the least?
