Passwords are a problem, in the old days, 
with Windows 3.11, you could look them up, but under any OS which has 128 encryption or better, you're fcuked - you can export your address lists and so on, but you'll probably have to e-mail your ISP with one of those "I've forgotten my password" e-mails.
