Your question nedds an elobarate answer.
I'm reminded of the books on winning lotteries I used to read as a youngster. Books purporting to have definite "answers" to indefinite problems -- problems rightfully as random as the toss of a pair of dice.
Alas, there will be those who claim to know how to capture that which cannot be captured; to essentially want to make shapes out of the shapeless. As it applies to mastery of the human problem, those who claim to know think mastery takes on definite and consistent forms, manifesting in such empty concepts like compassion, love, et cetera.
Ferro, there are no systems of discovering masters, because mastery takes on no consistent form. It manifests in whatever way it "chooses." Expectation will hamper you for the sole reason you are expecting specifics about what mastery entails. What's more, anyone that tells you how to locate or recognize one who has transcended the human problem is little more than the proverbial caterpillar attempting to teach the ways of butterflies.
Drop your expectations.
