HI Sophia, I hope the other reply I gave has some relative (truth) value, however, it is simply not the whole truth! The whole picture of how it works which IAM wondering if you will resonate with is that in your own heart and as the true openness that you are (not only the person you identify with that reacts to anything, teachers included) there is no real problem. The problem comes in when you identify with this story as who you are. This does not mean that you do not honor the story, but honor it in the true light of what it is. What it is is not who you are in truth. Either this statement resonates with you, or it is some unusual answer that you have not heard of, or perhaps too impersonal or theoretical sounding to feel it has merit. Who knows. Yet, it is always "you" or better yet, the awareness that you are that sees through such relationship games/dramas. Your teacher does not owe it to you to see this and perhaps he even did you a service for the opportunity to look at this. In any case, this can actually be seen instantly or let it percolate, and when seen..you will perhaps laugh at the notion of who you thought you were in relation to your teacher. For what is actually true is that the person that is reacting is erroneously identified with. Then what happens is a reality of separation is created and you react to it as if it was the whole truth about you. Not sure if this is clear. I truly hope there is instant seeing and clarity and a good laugh. From this "place" the true nature of love that you are will act appropriately and no matter what the interaction is...it will be OK. Not a problem (reality) identified with. All arises in the freedom that you are...even apparant problematic relationships. Those relationships might still be worked through on that level, however, the heavy identification being gone, clarity and right action htat is our natural birhtright , is easily seen. If that was not too much of a metaphysical sharing for you....then you are blessed. If it was...you are still blessed!! This is the best long winded sharing I could do for "now".
