All ways exist for it and because of it. If you wish to learn anything of true worth, figure out what you are, where you are and how you came to be. Forget about all the hifalutin' formalities, attractive sounding ego systems, talk of karma and the like. "Who am I" is the beginning and end of all that you would ever need, assuming of course that what you're after is self-knowledge. -
