Hi all Drdha has been teaching retreats in internal alchemy meditation past few years, working with a small group in Wales and Suffolk, this year we will open the summer retreat to those interested in practical methods of inner work leading to self realisation. Drdha is in a lineage of realised teachers from Himalaya where he received his training. His teaching is very personal and clear, involving meditation on breath, energy, natural elements and other practices which he has done for three decades.
