You need nothing and nobody more than your own earnest effort. Forget about clouding your mind with more "teachings" than you require. The only true processes are ones that advocate unlearning instead of learning. Striking at the heart of the "I Am" through enquiry facilitates the breakdown of all relative knowledge. Familiarize yourself with the concept of the "I Am" by reading Ramana Maharshi self-enquiry works, Nan Yar (Who am I) and Nisargadatta's books, primarily "I am That." The awareness excersies given in their works are quite simple feeling experiments and cut to the root of all practices. -
