Hi Afy I wouldn't worry too much about the word "crazy". That just means you're seeing and experiencing the world in a way that the majority of people do not. Breath deeply and don't panic about it. Whatever else you decide to do about what's happening to you, please make sure you're sleeping enough, eat well and take walks in the open air. That said, if you feel unable to cope with your sitation make sure you seek help.
