I have been there! Our daughter is 4 and we have been having relationship/intimacy difficulties since. For sure working on myself and uncovering a lot of my own wounds has been HUGE for the healing of our relationship. Might I recommend Debbie Ford's book Why Good People Do Bad Things and also a beautiful relationship book by Stephen & Ondrea Levine called Embracing the Beloved Using Relationship as a Path to Awakening. These two books have literally turned me and my life around and brought me back to the love inside of myself and has brought consciousness and compassion back into my marriage.
