My children are now grown up but I must confess to making them my world. I have been on a spiritual path since the birth of Rebecca but I still felt compelled to put my energies into them. As a consequence when my daughter left home this year (I had recently moved house and left a long term relationship) I had a mini mental breakdown. That was OK (not at the time) I needed to re-establish that relationship with myself and loving myself is an important part of the journey. (Challenging as a woman in our culture). Planatary Energies are changing and I think we are going through some cultural karmic cleansing (those of us on that vibration). So how we feel isn't always as clear cut as we think it us. I have been inspired by Eckart Tolle - The Power of Now.
