If you know emptiness then your are halfway in spiritual pursuit.If you are fully aware of the emptiness then you and your experince of the world cease to exist and there is no one to say it is emptiness. Therefore you must realize the fact that emptiness is the substance of the mind which is free from the whole experince of duality that is you and your world.To say it is emptiness as a person is erroneous. Emptiness is like deep sleep where you and your experince of the world are totally absent. Whatever prevails is the invisible substance which is Atman or spirit which is the substance of the whole human experince that is including the world. No philosophy or any spiritual path leads to the deepest core of the reality of one's existence other then Formless spirituality. You don't require a teacher but proper guidance at every stage. When the wisdom dawns the ignorance vanishes.
