I too am going through the process after reading The Power of Now and A New Earth.

There are some really great FREE podcasts from iTunes to assist you in this process you are going through right now. One is called Quiet Mind and the other is from Oprah and Eckhart's weekly broadcast.

I'm glad you have awaken from your unconscious state that many people are living in right now.
