I am Santthosh, from India. Whatever you try in the name of spirituality you will no reach anywhere. unless you have right tool and proper guidance. Religion and yoga or meditation is nothing to do in the pursuit of truth. You have indulge in deeper inquiry and reasoning and analysis on the right base. The inquiry and reasoning reveals the fact that 'I' is not the self. Therefore it is no use of seeking truth of your own existence with false identity.
