Hi Sophia, Higher consciousness has no labels, other than self-realization. To go higher is to release the trappings of the ego. That Self (Soul Within) is beneath all forms of religious groupings. A true seeker of truth is rare as a diamond in a coal mine. Good words, deeds, and actions in your daily life will develop a contemplative lifestyle. Here's a riddle, two seekers of truth were arguing at a flagpole. One stated, the flag is blowing in the wind, the other stated, no the wind is blowing the flag. The teacher seeing the argument was spiraling downward stated, no your both wrong, it's the flagpole. Try to solve the riddle.
