Communication with one's guardian angel is like communication with any non-physical being. Mainly, the keys are:
1. Be clear about what you are saying
2. Tune in carefully with your heart, waiting for the response to come.
The response can come on a feeling level or as thoughts, just be aware of the gentle connection between yourself and the Divine being.

Don't give up your energy to any being. That energy is yours, not theirs.
