hi jasmine, i mean that i seked outside to find what was inside - meaning peace(no enlightenment claim),just plain and simply i let go of not being able to express myself about spiritual experiences and such - ironically,i just come back yesterday for a satsang and have only in the last 2 months found "satsangs" in the UK.There appears to be only one place where they are held in London,or in very close proximity generally it seems for these events;otherwise it is like 250-500 miles away.Others have to mentioned that there is not much in the way of satsangs in the UK(such as Ramana maharshi,Ramsh Balsekar,Nisargadatta Maharaj,DR David r Hawkins ansd the list goes on and on.For me it was not until i was made aware of the word satsang,and its meaning that i found these gatherings...by then i was accepting peace is within.And as i said,the people i met in the states did not all understand and appreciate the expressing that i had to bottle in or be treated as mad.Now it has gone and the peopl have turned up in my awarenss now LOL!!...and i really am not to bothered about expressing myself....is nice though and fun.
