there are...enlightened people...enlightment cannot be attaiined ...it is a phenomenon resulting in the permanent end of all thought process...and it happens...stop all ur spiritual process of trying...be in the present moment...i experience stillness of mind for the past 11/2yrs..after i was touched in my forehead by a mahayogi in south india...thought required for the present moment comes to me from a source which is not my mind...blessings...take care...
