If you read a statement from someone who says that the essential is to know our true nature, also known as the essential mind; that such "knowing" is spontaneous, a timeless instant of reality revealed, and that it is proven true only if there is immediate liberation (suddenly rid of whatever mental/emotional state existed before the instant); that you will not arrive at such an instant of true knowledge by making use of the thought processes; it is only possible through self-enquiry - intuitive enquiry; and, finally, that it is necessary to have this as a constant aim of desire; then you have probably found someone on the correct way.
