By simply shifting the way we usually pay attention, as awareness, I have shown hundreds of groups internationally for over twenty years how we all can access our commonsense - consciousness. Through awareness of awareness-itself, we experience the joy of feeling liberated and at peace with everyone and everything. What was disturbing and overwhelming becomes delightful. Anyone can realize, through this form of organized attention, how we can create a heaven on this earth.
