Hi George, great to hear from you. I have also read The Power Of Now. It is a similar message to Challenge Your Thoughts. The author, Consiglio, went through some major wake up calls before transcending thought and becoming pure consciousness. What he says in his book is that for most of his life growing up, his mind was already silent, he was unaware of what the silence was, just amazing!!You would be amazed at the author's description of the ego and "what it is exactly". I myself am on a path to self realization, we are all one! Ted
