Hello everyone, I am a spiritual teacher from Canada. I have overcome several obstacles before becoming enlightened but it does not have to be that way. I wrote a book that will be available soon entitled, Challenge Your Thoughts: Healing Mind, Spirit and Body with Truth. If you had to label me, you could call me a sage or mystic. I did not sugar coat the book and I give very specific steps to help guide the reader.
