After Energy closed in march 88 Tony joined Sammy Prendergast's Liberty 104 in Weaver Square along with newsreader Tina Gates. I also recall Dennis Murray doing a brief stint there before he joined Kiss 103.7 in Monaghan.
I'm unsure of Tony's movements between mid 88 and 89 but he popped up on Capital 104 - Dublin's first local licenced station - in july 89, and I believe he was with Midlands 103 in Tullamore for a brief period upon their opening in 1990.
