While reading an article from web concerning Radio Nova’s satellite transmissions noticed following:
Today, exactly 20 years ago, on the 1st of May 1988 Radio Nova – The Power FM entered “space age” by starting official transmissions via the Intelsat VA-F11 satellite from the UK.
Later in the 90’s satellite transmissions were carried out via the ASTRA 1A satellite.
What a pioneering station it was – surely ahead of it’s time, as always.
