Wow. I think I was that guy RobD! I used to do saturday mornings on Energy, even though I was a newsreader during the week. I seem to remember constantly throwing things out of the windows upstairs - usually keys for other DJ's. Great to hear your memories, and you know, Energy 103 was much bigger than a lot of people thought at the time. Super Q was ruling the airwaves and everyone thought they were the latest thing, but quietly Energy was giving them a hell of a run for their money!
