hi there, we are thinking of opening a new rehearsal venue locally. Comprising of three or four nice new practice rooms, all with p.a. Bass amp and drum kit. We are wondering if there would be enough demand to do this, if this is something you would be interested in please let me know!! thanks for your interest.
