In the introductory spiel that appeared on Mr Kyps' website for our debut as Damo Suzuki's 'sound carriers' there last Dec, it was made clear that the name Sonic Arkestra was partly in homage to you, Sun Ra, & partly to The Ark put together a few thousand years earlier by Noah, since our original collective contained male & female elements of each instrument.
We hope to play benefit gigs in aid of Sonic Youthclubs & Sonic The Hedgehog hospitals worldwide
Since dying, have you had any celestial comeback over copyright infringement from the Egyptian sun god, Ra, Sun?
