Hi everyone.
Due to unresolved security issues with Bournemouth Council’s licensing department, The Gander & The Metropole are currently closed until further notice.
We have assurances from the owner that these matters are being dealt with, and that the venues will be open again very shortly. We will send out a further message when we have better news, hopefully as early as tomorrow afternoon when an inspection is due.
This weekend’s gigs at The Gander have been cancelled, pending the inspection. There will be no live music this Saturday in The Metropole, but In Rock We Trust will go ahead, again dependant on this inspection.
Any bands due to play either venue in the near future, please contact the relevant promoters for more information.
