Just after you had to withdraw from last Monday (hope your mum is feeling better) Alice Watts finally confirmed her availability for this night, over 3 months since first being asked! Apparently, Roads, her backing band, only recently emerged out of deep herbanation from their communial chrysalis, having successfully metamorphosised into blissful avatars of universal groove consciousness...
If the Roads rhythm section would rather share your drumkit (own sn/cyms/ped) & bass-rig than bring their own, we may well take you up on your kind offer. Alice lives/works in London & usually prefers an early slot. Is Si cool about playing the final set on this very special night or will he, too, want to leg-it prematurely?
