I doubt that a bar that doesnt sell beer would get enough passing trade to pay the bills, and what are you looking at for band nights? 20 - 30 people if you're lucky..
There would be other ways to to make it pay - hire out for functions, bingo in the afternoons, ballroom dance classes, dominos club.. we could even put a casino in the back room,
I volunteer to do Bingo afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays - bring your own tea and biscuits
