Does anyone have any tips for successfully posting without stirrups. My horse has a big step and it is very hard for me to keep my balance when stirrupless, let alone post. I have fallen off a few times without stirrups and have very little confidence. A few months ago I wouldn't trot without stirrups for more than a few strides. I have come a long way but I still need lots of practice. How do you post high without stirrups, (like in a bareback class?)
