I have a nice medium pony but recently i have started getting nervous when i jump. I only jump 2 feet 2'3 but i still cant do it calmly. I used to be fine with jumping 2'6. Then all of a sudden out of no where i started getting nervouse. My pony doesnt misbehave at all. Shes really easy to ride. My trainer and parents know and im trying to get over it. Will i ever get over my nerves? What can i do to get more confident?
