There is no shame in looking around for other barns if you do not think your barn can teach you anymore. Also, just because you are looking at other barns doesn't mean that you are obligated to leave your barn. It sounds like your barn is not listening to your requests or taking them seriously. You may want to find out if there is a specific reason why you are not being put on joey or stella. Maybe they are being used too much by other riders or something like that. In the end, riding lessons are just too expensive to be wasted on not learning new things. I think you ought to be getting as much as you can out of them. best of luck to you!
