Hi
I have been riding english for about a year. when I first started after about 2 months I accidentaly lost a stirrup and fell off. Now every time my instructor says drop your stirrups I get really tense because I think I'm going to fall off again when I drop them. My horse usually goes faster and I end up having to stop or get them back. does anyone have any advice about how to ride without stirrups and stay on?
