Riding horses is my life, and my passion. I want nothing more out of life than to be sitting atop a horse. Since I'm young, 13, my parents don't understand how much riding and horses mean to me. I don't come from a very wealthy home and I only take one lesson a week. My parents aren't together and my dad is the one who pays for my lessons, and I'm not sure how to go about convincing my mom paying for maybe an extra lesson every week or two. I try to make money so I can pay myself, but there aren't very many options for me. Does anyone know ways that I could ride more, convice my mom, or just make more money?
This is something I'm dead serious about. I was dealing with manic depression and one of my doctors knew of my love for animals and suggested to my dad putting me in riding lesson. Since than I've been so much happier and I don't feel like I need to fill the gap in me with drugs or anything like that anymore, and now I feel like horses will be a huge part of my future so I want to start getting serious now. I've already caught the eye of some coaches who have offered me amazing oppertunities but due to the money issue I can't go through with any of them, and I'm frustrated at the fact I need to have money to ride more, to fufill my passion and live my dream.
Sorry for going on and on, but I need to get it off my chest. Thanks to those of you who take the time to read my post, I sure hope I can get some help.
