how about :
working hunter class - this is a jumping round using rustic fences and gates and everything you will find on the hunting field . try putting gates and bags under the jumps to make it more interesting. it is judged on style and not speed. then you do a few minute show which is also judged on style. the person with the least faults and most style points will win.
